Whether you have a Will Registration Certificate, a known Will, or need to find a valid one, our service scans the Verafi Legacy Vault to ensure there are no post-dated or unknown Wills.

This service gives you peace of mind and ensures the estate is managed according to the most up-to-date legal wishes of the deceased.

Will Search Service – £168 (inc VAT)

Our geographical search offers comprehensive due diligence in locating registered and unregistered Wills, providing complete peace of mind.

This service includes:

• Verafi Legacy Vault Search – Search the Verafi Legacy Vault database to see if a Will is stored or registered.
• National Will Register Search – Access over 10.5 million Wills registered across the UK.
• Geographical Search (England & Wales) – Our team will contact Law Firms, Solicitors, Probate Professionals, and Professional Will Writers from the IPW and SWW networks across England and Wales.
• Probate Depository Search – An inquiry with the Safe Custody Clerk at the Principal Registry of the Family Division.
• Probate Registry Search – Obtain a copy of the Grant of Representation and a Will (if a Grant has been applied for). If the Grant has not been applied for, the Probate Registry will not have a record of the Will.
